How the verdict works

The three verdicts

Replaceable. One AI session can produce the core deliverable for the role today.

Partially. AI drafts the middle. Humans still own relationships, liability, taste, or politics.

Not replaceable. The core work needs a body, a license, physical craft, or irreversible trust.

What the judgment uses

Role title, typical weekly tasks, and whether AI can already do those tasks without the person in the room. Task X-Ray uses the tasks you type, not a generic list.

What it does not claim

It is not a layoff forecast. It is not a salary score. Seniority does not exempt drafting, research, or reporting from exposure.

Review cadence

Cached role verdicts stay until we review them. New roles are generated once, then served from cache at zero model cost.
